Hang in there...I have been the same way the past week or so...I fight to stay with it, when all I want to do is let loose and indulge. I am just not happy when I cant eat! I ate double my points on Sat and feel like a whale now...and getting back on the wagon is even harder. Let me know if you want to bitch and moan to me...I can completely relate.

This is what I tell myself when it happens... it is ok to have 1 day, just don't make it 2 days or let it become a week. If you need a day to just feel depressed and eat your feelings.. just do it!! You may or may not feel better. When you do feel better, you have even more motivation!!!
