I just can't make up my mind
I quit weight watchers and I've decided to go it alone. I'm going to just count calories. I've done it before and was very successful, I lost 25 lbs about 5 years ago.
I'm going to eat 1200 calories a day and exercise as regular as possible.

Crazy
That I am! Yesterday I decided to quit my diet and I ate mcdonalds for breakfast, subway and a cupcake for lunch, and some stuff cindy made for dinner.
Today, I'm back in the sattle. I want to workout and I've actually done really well on my points today.
I hate food!
I used to love to cook, but now I fear that we are enemies. Me and the food have a love hate. I love to hate that I love chocolate brownies, carlos o kelleys (I haven't been there in years, but desperately want to go and pad thai. Pad thai is the shit and I never even liked it until this past year.

I'm lazy
No really, I can't get my ass to the gym for nothing!
I like weight watchers because it starts new every week. I feel that Saturday, I can start fresh again!
This week I haven't followed the plan too much. I did eat fast food once and I've snacked a bit. Honestly though, I've not been eating too much so I feel good.

Wikipedia is hilarious!
I went online today to google and research on gaining 5 lbs in a week. If it is incredibly unhealthy and why I might have gained that much weight. Most everything said it is water weight. However, Wikipedia had the MOST hilarious question and answer I've ever seen.

I AM the horse!!
Forget getting back on the horse, I am the horse. I gained back all of my weight :( ALL of it, in 1 week. 5 pound gain in 1 week.
I'm hoping it is due to my medicine and my water increase. I've been drinking A LOT. I'm not going to get too upset though. I'm still following my WW plan (even though I definitely went off of it for a week or so) and I'm going to keep up with my fluids, but try to keep it to a minimum of 8 glasses a day. I was averaging about 15.

Being sick is the Devil!
I woke up yesterday morning and I'm sick. I have a sore throat, headache, stuffy. The medicines I'm taking are causing munchies. Last night I was so tired that I didn't feel like cooking. So I ordered chinese food, AGAIN! (I ate chinese on Friday). I only ate 1/2 of my meal so I don't think I did horrible... but I'm not exercising. I have absolutely no energy to do anything. I'm stressed about weight gain! Let's just hope I maintain this week and I don't blow it and gain back 3 pounds of the 5 i've lost. I'll be sad.
