wins the race! Or so they say. I'm maintaining but not losing. 20 points a day is absolutely not possible for someone who is on the go as much as I am. Granted, I'm not running marathons or anything.. but I still walk about 2 miles a day and I've added cardio to my daily routine. I'm hovering around 25 - 30 points a day.
I'm thinking about skipping my weigh in on Saturday. If I haven't lost any weight, that will be 2 weeks that I've not lost any weight. (oh, btw last week I didn't lose any weight).
So right now.. I'm still at 3 points lost.
I've had some people tell me it looks like I'm losing weight.. I want to say, well where the hell is it
