Fat Free Pig Out
I want to share a list with you.. of all of the food I ate yesterday (and yet, somehow managed to stay around a normal range on my WW points)
Breakfast - Cereal, Fiber one bar
Snack - laughing cow cheese and crackers,
lunch - crackers and soup, pita and hummus
snack - 4 servings of fat free pringles and a sugar free jello chocolate pudding
Dinner - chicken sandwich and serving of my ww potato salad I made
snack - 2nd serving of potato salad
snack - another fiber one bar
snack - cheezits 100 calorie snack pack
2 glasses of milk
I took a tylenol pm, so I'm thinking it must have given me the munchies. To see this list of food cracks me up but kind of makes me sick to think of al that food!

Slow and Steady
wins the race! Or so they say. I'm maintaining but not losing. 20 points a day is absolutely not possible for someone who is on the go as much as I am. Granted, I'm not running marathons or anything.. but I still walk about 2 miles a day and I've added cardio to my daily routine. I'm hovering around 25 - 30 points a day.
I'm thinking about skipping my weigh in on Saturday. If I haven't lost any weight, that will be 2 weeks that I've not lost any weight. (oh, btw last week I didn't lose any weight).
So right now.. I'm still at 3 points lost.
I've had some people tell me it looks like I'm losing weight.. I want to say, well where the hell is it

God it's rough
We had a work party that I had to set up and clean up. They had dinner rolls with lunch meat and cheese and mayo and mustard. There was also a veggie platter and a fruit platter and cookies.
1 dinner roll - 3 points
1 slice roast beef - 2 points
mustard - 0
kiwi and strawberry - 1 point
ranch dressing for my plain veggies - 3 points
I ate almost a half a days worth of points just by enjoing a bite to eat at a party. WTF!!!
I'm going to starve to death.. I'm scared. I'm very very scared. Everyday is a constant struggle. My boyfriend calls it.. "my fight against hunger" !
I'm going to do this. I'm going to do this!!!

It's been over a year... A NEW 2009!!!
I have a goal.. it's set in my mind. I want to lose 15 pounds for my birthday!!! I am going to do everything it takes to get down to the size I was about 2 years ago.
Current weight 148.5
Goal Weight 135
Can I do it? YES
I started weight watchers on Monday, Jan. 5th. They have given me a whopping.. 20 points to eat per day. The first day I could have swore I was in that movie ALIVE and I was tempted to eat my friends.. (j/k) but as the days go by it doesn't seem as hard.
I'm hoping writing on this blog will be helpful both to me and to my friends that are dieting as well. Wait, it's not called dieting.. for those of my friends who have taken a real .. "lifestyle change". LOL
Actually, I really have / am taking on a lifestyle change. I want to exercise and feel good with myself. I feel like I'm about 40 years old and I'm only 27.
I've heard that making new year resolutions are bad luck. I did it though.. my new year resolution is to 1. lose those GD 15 pounds before my birthday. May 16.. 2. start living a more active lifestyle.
Good luck to anyone else who might have started a new lifestyle change or given themselves a new year resolution. You can do it!
