Again

I am starving.

I'm going to have to start eating 6 light meals a day maybe. Today I've eaten chex wheat cereal with skim, leftover speghetti and some fat free cottage cheese with pineapple.

I'm still hungry :(

I'm going to eat with Cindy and some of her friends tonight. Sushi

How did your weekend go? I hope you didnt gnaw your arm or fingers off. I hate that feeling. Hang in there!

My weekend was decent. Sunday I did a little piggin but not too bad.

I lost another pound. I'm right there with you though, 1 pound a week about. I still have 10 lbs to lose to get to where I want. My goal date is May 16 (my bday). I'm feeling good though and right now that is all that matters.

You have to look at it as a whole. Not just a day to day or week to week.. but as a whole and it will help you put a better perspective on it.
