Again

I am starving.

I'm going to have to start eating 6 light meals a day maybe. Today I've eaten chex wheat cereal with skim, leftover speghetti and some fat free cottage cheese with pineapple.

I'm still hungry :(

I'm going to eat with Cindy and some of her friends tonight. Sushi

Oh Man


I starved all day yesterday. Or at least it felt like it. I definitely ate 1300 calories (which is 100 more than I had planned) but I had to fight it.

I felt like a monster in the moonlight getting to turn. I wanted to chain myself to the couch so that I wouldn't go craving something late in the evening.

I finally fell asleep
